In search of a social media refresh, they wanted to bring their social media and online assets inline with their current branding and image and ultimately engage their users.
Our client wanted to engage employees, users, potential customers, and educate people about VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) through their online presence. In order to help achieve their goals we started with assessing their current digital and social media approach and the competitive environment. From here we created a digital and social media strategy to put in place over the following year.
A social media campaign was run across multiple platforms including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Instagram. We also ensured all social media profile information was complete and up to date to ensure important information is visible to potential customers.
Proposed content for the social campaign included images, video and relevant articles to their service and industry. Educating users about VoIP was an integral part of the campaign thus the campaign focused on increasing awareness about what VoIP is, and directions to more information available on their website.
The social campaign was refined and refreshed monthly with the provision of a monthly content calendar. Monthly analytic reports provided also allow us to assess the successes and improvements towards reaching their goal.
The social campaign has been running for over a year and has seen considerable results.
